RETURNS, REFUNDS & ORDER ISSUES

 Our Commitment


Every product offered through DC Nativ Graphix, LLC is created with intention and produced specifically for each order. Because many of our products are made-to-order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect sizing, or changes of preference after an order has been placed.

We encourage customers to review product descriptions, sizing information, and order details carefully before completing a purchase.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number 
  • A description of the issue 
  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging 

If the issue is determined to be a production or fulfillment error, we will work to provide an appropriate replacement or resolution at no additional cost.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer exchanges for size, color, or buyer preference.

If you are uncertain about sizing, please review the sizing information provided on the product page prior to placing your order.

Shipping & Delivery Issues

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Orders returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address may require additional shipping fees before being reshipped.

Unclaimed Packages

Packages returned as unclaimed by the carrier may be subject to reshipment fees.

Lost Packages

If a package appears lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate with the shipping carrier and determine the best available resolution.
