Because many of our products are made-to-order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect sizing, or changes of preference after an order has been placed.
We encourage customers to review product descriptions, sizing information, and order details carefully before completing a purchase.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Orders returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address may require additional shipping fees before being reshipped.
Packages returned as unclaimed by the carrier may be subject to reshipment fees.
